Ryan Olson accident
A grand jury has indicted a woman from Rexburg on a felony count of vehicular manslaughter.
Ryan Olson of Rigby allegedly suffered a fatal rear-end collision on May 17, 2021, which caused his automobile to go into a canal. The driver was Jamie Marie Curtis, 30.

The indictment states that Curtis "did kill Ryan Olson unlawfully but without malice...by operating a 2011 Honda Pilot at or near the intersection of North 2nd East and Moody Road at an excessive rate of speed and colliding into Ryan Olson's vehicle after she had entered into an uncontrolled hypoglycemic state."
