Kevin Joyce motorcycle accident
In Lenexa on Wednesday evening, a man lost his life while operating a motorcycle.
The victim was identified by the police as Lenexa resident Kevin M. Joyce, 40.
The accident is still being investigated, according to Lenexa.

According to investigators, Joyce ran a red light at Maurer Road when he was driving westbound on West 87th Street. As the car turned into Maurer Road, Joyce collided with the side of the vehicle.
The car's driver cooperated with police after the collision but sustained no injuries.
