Lake Eola Shooting - Update
During a news conference Tuesday, Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolón stated that the area of Central Boulevard near Rosalind Avenue is considered "ground zero" in the investigation into what caused the panic.
Rolón believes that people in the area began running, prompting others to follow suit.
A video released by police shows two people running through the crowd, followed by a flash at the back of the crowd.
